- Development of Our First Nasal Irrigator
By 2017, we had developed our first nasal irrigator. Nicefeel obtained ISO13485 medical device certification, national medical device registration, and national medical device production license.
In 2018, we formulated the enterprise standard for all nasal irrigators that will be developed. We did not stop here and went on to publish two pieces of medical literature to share our findings with the general public.
We do not believe in wasting resources. Hence the lean production operation system was also introduced in 2018. The system ensures maximum productivity while minimizing wastage.
By 2019, all the hard work was finally paying off. The business volume multiplied, and we had to move our factory to the Longwangmiao Industrial Zone. The new workspace spanned over an area of 15000 square meters, and now, we could produce 5 million units annually. The OA electronic approval system was also introduced to improve the workspace efficiency further.
